We paid the appartment in spring, signed a contract, brought £300 for damages with us, had an exact time when to pick up the key. 15 minutes before picking up the key we were told that the appartment was no longer available. Alex Pascalin has to be scratched off the 9flats list.

Apartment was very clean and we enjoyed having a garden. Apartment has everything for cooking and cleaning (Microwave, Oven, Dishwasher, washing machine,... etc.) some more pans and potts could be provided. Beds are cosy and good

The apartment is let by an agency. It is a nicely-decorated and cosy flat; everything is pretty new and clean. Location is ok, especially if you cannot find anything closer in the city centre. Underground and DLR stops are at about 5-8 min walking. There are also buses to the city centre. Price is reasonable. In the flat there is a useful map with nearby facilities.

Our triip was horrible. As we got to London we were told that the appartment was no longer available. Stranded with three small kids!!!!
We had to rent an appartment that was double the price. 9flats will pay back only the price of the first flat. Never again 9flats.

The person that welcomed us on behalf of the agency was very nice, kind and flexible.
