This apartment is really nice! It was clean, has a great location-in the middle of venezia, and there is a big Billa-supermarket really close to the apartment. The kitchen offers coffee,tea and there were lots of spices as well. The bathroom offers shampoo, towels and everything you need. Is's like a hotel- with an own kitchen :)

Very cosy and spacious place,well equipped and finished to high standards .Located in one of the very best parts of Venice despite at the Strada Nuovo, Canale Grande and Casino, its tucked away behind a church, so it is quiet even at Carnival !
Decent cafes and a lovely restaurant in the next alley,supermarket, Vaporetto stop 3 min away, walk to St Marco 15 min, station 10 min.The traghetto( gondola to cross the Canale gr) crossed directly next the Mercado pescaria near the Rialto bridge, where one could get fresh fish and veggies for home cooking and avoid tourist traps.
We'll come again!

I didn't personally meet Alberto, but he was available anytime on the phone for any questions and it all worked out really good, also to get the keys.

We've met Alberto to get the keys, he was very kind despite we came slightly late being held up by carnival crowds.He is a very generous host,eg. there were drinks and breakfast stuff, fresh towels and shower caps( does anyone ever really use them?) ready for us.
Excellent host and the whole experience felt like coming to a fabulous hotel with a kitchen.
Very recommendable!!
