I am an American woman living on the fabulous Island of Crete for the past 15 years ! Born and raised in Seattle , Washington by Italian parents who are both from Naples , Italy . I have spent many summers in Naples and attended two years of schooling there . I worked as a general manager for many years in my family's chain of Italian restaurants Vince's Italian Pizzeria in Seattle and also opened and ran two design stores ! I am happily married to Emmanuel , who was born and raised in Heraklion , Crete . He later moved to Canada and then to the U.S. where he became an engineer for Boeing for nearly 20 years in Seattle . We both love Crete and we are thrilled to show people all her magic and natural wonders . We enjoy sharing the seasonal fruits from our garden , our yearly fresh olive oil , and our homemade wine . We also have olive oil soap made from our olive oil for all our guests :-)
