I am a public service interpreter, translator, language tutor and writer. My husband is a technical consultant for HP. I love cooking, collecting old recipes, meeting new people. I speak Russian, Ukrainian, English and a bit of Hebrew. You are very welcome to stay with us.

Dan 5.0 05.12.2011Marina, has a beautiful Victorian house, in a great location, convenient for the town and very tastefully decorated and unique. The rooms are very clean, very homely with some very nice touches such as soft bath robes, slippers, water, tea and coffee in each room. The bathroom which was next to our room and as good as ensuite was very clean and presented to a great standard with separate shower, bath and complete with complimentary toiletries and individual towels in our room.

Marina is a fabulous host, very friendly, very helpful and an absolute pleasure. We asked for a late, lazy Sunday breakfast and Marina certainly obliged with a beautifully presented breakfast cooked to perfection with lots of extras to tuck into. Including a slice of her homemade upside down cake and freshly brewed coffee to set us on our way for our drive home!
I would certainly not hesitate to stay with Marina on my next visit to Nottingham and it certainly beats the impersonal experience had in a hotel. Thank you for your great hospitality.
