I love to travel and meet people from different places.I'm very low-key and down-to-earth. I'm passionate about the outdoors and exploring it (hiking, backpacking, kayaking, snowshoeing, camping, etc), the environment and learning of all kinds. I enjoy ethnic music, different cultures, food, art, history, science, textiles and other indigenous art forms. I also enjoy meeting people in new places. I'm a self-sufficient and independent traveler, and am more interested in fine food than 5-star accommodations. I prefer to spend my money on wine, food, friends, and all the things I will be bringing back home. My bags leave empty, but they return full!
