Hi, 15 Jacana in Ballito Gardens Estate is our private holiday home which we built just over a year ago. I have had the wonderful task of being involved in building it from the ground up as well as loads of fun with decorating. I have lived in Durban all my life and would love to help you with any questions you may have of the area. Durban boasts the most fabulous weather and an aircon is far more important than a heater (in fact we dont even own a heater and never have) all the rooms have aircon but in winter you shouldn't need it much. I have travelled all over KZN and love the fact that we have it all, the sea (warm and loads of dolphins), the mountains (Drakensberg) and plenty of game (incl big 5). We are also used to the pilgrimage of holiday makers from around SA who come to Durban for their annual holiday to enjoy our relaxed lifestyle and great weather.
