ABOUT THE HOST Recently my wife and I moved to the suburbs and were in the process of putting this property on the market for rent. Coincidently a friend of ours and his wife were visiting from out of town and had booked their stay through another website, but their host canceled at the last minute. Since our apartment wasn't rented yet we offered to let them stay in our apartment and they absolutely loved it. They raved about it's location and how nice it was inside. They told us about 9FLATS and how we must list our place on there as visitors to Washington DC would absolutely love staying there. And so here we are. Hope you like staying there as much as they did!
