My wife and I started in 2002 with renting out our first apartment. As far as we was one of the first who doing this business and we were very successful, this business idea was growing and in the following 8 years we took care for 6 apartments in total, partly ours and from members of our family. In the last years we and my family sold most of the our apartments, now we are the owner of still 2 apartments. So what you can expact from us is that we have a lot of experience in hosting guest from all over the world ! We take pride in our properties and we are responsive to any of our renters needs. Since we are local , we deal with our guests directly – from key exchanges, to cleaning, to repairs, and anything in between. All of our properties are fully furnished and have all the amenities of home!Check our website to read what our other guest thinking about us. As far as we both grow up in the area we can provide you with an insight in the local life, regardless if you are interested in arts, design,any kind of music, the newest restaurants or just interesting places which are not listed in any travel guide.....don`t hesitate in asking us!

Bright, spacious, excellently equipped and very nicely and tastefully decorated and, importantly, in a marvellous . location right in the middle in what is probably the hippest part of beautiful Vienna, with great atmosphere and lots of great boutiques, cafes and restaurants, and in easy walking distance of the splendorous Ringstraße and the historic city centre. A brilliant dentist around the corner as well! I stayed there for about a fortnight and had a wonderful time, felt very much at home in the flat. Highly recommended!!

The apartment was just what we needed and was well equipped, we enjoyed our stay and would happily return another time. Whilst at first sight, parts of the local area seemed a little run-down, it's actually a really convenient place to be located as there are lots of great eateries and quirky stores in the vicinity. The highlights of the city are all walkable, and a choice of supermarkets close by. Thanks Elisa and Edmund!

Good transportation connections. A few more teaspoons wouldn't be bad if you are 4 people in the apartment as we were.

edmund cancelled a booking for 10´walking to the historic center only 31 days before arrival.
