Virginie 3.0 15.01.2013nuisances sonores importantes la nuit, trés loin du centre ville historique, 1H30 de trajet en transport en communs... résidence trés sécurisée. Pour visiter, les transports pour revenir a l'appartement sont éprouvants... mais joli appartement et résidence...

wohnung liegt in einem neubaugebiet. keine zentrale lage. haben ca. 30-60 min. (je nach stau) in die innenstadt von instanbul gebraucht. die wohnung an sich ist recht neu. die betten im schlafzimmer und das couchbett im wohnzimmer sind super. leider war der abfluß im bad undicht, so dass wir oft eine kleine überschwemmung im bad hatten. jedoch das bad ist neu, modern und es gibt fließend heißes und kaltes duschwasser. das mit dem leck haben wir angemerkt und es wird sich gekümmert.der innenpool, das angeworben wurde, ist erst ende juni 2012 fertig. im großen und ganzen kann man nicht meckern.

This is a great place close to the exhibition center. The metro bus is only a 10 min stroll from the apartment. From there to Taksim goes in no time. The place itself has access to a swimmingpool and is in a very clean and safe apartment complex with security. The apartment has all amenities and both shopping and cafes are close by. Cem has wireless for free which was also great.

cem war leider selber nicht da, jedoch can und seine tante. wir wurden herzlich begrüßt und die wohnung war aufgeräumt und sauber. frische bettwäsche und handtücher lagen bereit.bis auf das leck im bad war die wohnung super. hatten eine kleine kochnische, großen kühlschrank und einen teekocher.

Cem is a great host. He actually wasn't there himself as he works for 9flats in Berlin! But he organized for a close friend who covered the key exchange and who also provided a great intro to the apartment and its neighborhood. I will certainly come back to lovely Istanbul soon!

Danke an das "ganze"(alle würden hier wohl nicht rein passen) 9flats Team, verzeiht mir bitte, dass ich keine persönliche Bewertung geben kann, ES WAR ALLES ZU SCHNELL, nimmt euch mehr Zeit für Prag, die Stadt ist es wert. :-)
