I am an Englishman living in Gordons Bay, which is only 20 minutes from Cape Town airport and 40 minutes from Cape Town City centre and the stadium. We are only 20 minutes from the centre of the winelands, Stellenbosch, Franchoek and we are surrounded by the most beautiful scenery in the Western Cape. Gordons Bay is a quiet seaside village far removed from the bustle of the city. You can be sure of a very warm welcome from everyone in Gordons Bay. The cottage is only 2 minutes walk from the main beach and restaurants.
