A better position and location you simply cannot find at the waters edge of one of Cape Town's finest coast lines. World Class bar none. Occupation is available from 25 June - 9 July 2010 (incl Semi - Final in CT on 6 July). I am prepared to negotiate two separate weeks from 25 June - 2 July and 2 July - 9 July respectively.
