The city of Cape Town is located in the Western Cape Province of South Africa. The city is second only to Johannesburg in terms of population, and it is the country’s legislative center. This coastal conurbation is near the Cape of Good Hope, and it boasts some of the most stunning coastal views anywhere in the world. A unique combination of South African culture, modern city life, areas of extreme deprivation and incredible natural beauty awaits visitors, and renting a holiday apartment in Cape Town will provide you with a real home from home for the duration of your stay.
Live a Life of Luxury in your Vacation Rental in Cape Town
Cape Town is home to a great many buildings of great cultural and historical importance, including the Rhodes Memorial. Known by many as the ‘Malay Quarter’ the area around the memorial is replete with colorful buildings, street vendors selling local cuisines and several eye-catching Mosques. The nearby Castle of Good Hope can be found on Buitenkant Street – currently the country’s oldest building. Although the building isn’t strictly a castle, it is home to several artefacts and exhibits that chart South Africa’s history of art and warfare. If you fancy something a little more relaxing, take a trip to the Kirstenbosch Botanical Gardens, where you’ll get the chance to peruse a massive collection of flora and fauna from South Africa and the rest of the world. Renting a vacation rental in Table View will not only provide you with a private retreat, it will add the elements of luxury and comfort to your stay.
Immerse Yourself in the Local Community with Accommodation in Cape Town
No trip to Cape Town should pass without delving into the country’s history of apartheid, and a trip to the infamous Robben Island will allow you to do just that. This island prison was where many of South Africa’s political prisoners were held, including Nelson Mandela. Continue your trip into the country’s history with a trip to the infamous District 6, which was demolished by the apartheid government after local residents refused to segregate on the basis of their color. Make sure you take the cable-car trip to the top of Table Mountain, where you’ll be able to enjoy stunning views across of city and its spectacular coastline.
Couchsurfing in Cape Town will give you the opportunity to see real residential communities at close-quarters, but it won’t deliver on luxury or seclusion. Accommodation with 9flats.com is available in the world’s most dynamic cities like Johannesburg or Beijing, 9flats.com can show you a different side to regions, towns and cities across the planet.

Wonderful and awesome place to be!!
We really enjoyed our stay. The view from the balcony is simply stunning and you feel home in the apartment!Just would have been nice to have DSTV or WiFi or a radio? But that is most likely no standard when renting apartments in Blouberg?
