Russell 5.0 2013-10-01Yannick's flat is in a great location for exploring the 18th arrondissement and north east Paris, particularly the area around the delightful canal St Martin - the block is right next to the canal. His ground floor flat looks out on to the central courtyard of the block, and so is quiet. The huge sofa and double bed are both very comfortable, a good strong shower, and there is an impressive TV/home cinema system for those who need that! There is a vélib station just 100m along the canal which we used to cycle into town, and a Franprix supermarket 5min walk away. A very comfortable flat in a great location, and with a very flexible, easy-going host. Highly recommended!

The apartment is very nice, clean, big, perfectly located(metro station, supermarket, restaurant). I enjoyed a lot the big living room and the tv with satellite! In the kitchen there was everything for cooking and the bathroom is pretty big.

Yannick is a charming host who met us exactly on time both when we arrived and when we needed to leave - and he let us check out late because of our late train, with no hassle. Great host, fully recommended.
