Dragomir 2.0 2014-10-15This is the most economic apartment we had been.
Ground floor, poor equipped kitchen, dirty dishes, no washing machine, very small baths, one small towel provided per person.
The sleeping rooms are connected with plastic doors, no privacy, no wardrobes. Noisy wood floor of the upper floor. Good PC and internet.
The district is with a lot African emigrants, a homeless woman is sleeping 10m from the door.
If you made a reservation in Vincent apartments please print your renting conditions and payment documents.
Ask the host for all the taxes, conditions and deposits and fix everything before check in.
Vincent will push you all the time of your stay for more money, but do not worry 9flats will support you to avoid this.
We will never be back in this apartment.

Nice place in "Real" Paris. Close to metro and shopping.
We were able to check in at request but checking out was terribel. She was not at the appartment 30 minnuttes after the time we had aggreed!!!! I had to Call her and tell her that the taxi was waiting and we had a plane to catch!! SHE arrived 30 min's later and was in no hurry.. SHE couldn't understand I was a bit upset...
NOT OK AT ALL!!!!! -

Super Lage, Nahe bei Metro und trotzdem ruhig. Die Impasse ist nicht einfach zu finden, es wäre gut, wenn man eine genaue Wegbeschreibung bekommt. Wir haben uns mit unseren 4 kindern sehr wohl gefühlt. Mit sechs Personen war es allerdings fast unmöglich, am Esstisch zu sitzen. Mit 8 Personen wäre alles etwas eng. Die Dachterrasse ist sehr gefährlich für Kinder. Auch ein tolles Parkhaus haben wir in der Nähe gefunden.

The flat is very basic and there were insufficient sheets, covers and pillows for 5 people and we booked for 5 people. The TV was broken and when we emailed the owner to enquire as to why it was broken his response was "so what I don't think its a problem, you can watch TV via the computer", I don't think this was the right attitude. It was also very noisy from the people upstairs.

A very affordable and well-situated apartment. The entrance to the apartment (alley way) is a little 'back-streetish', but added to the excitement of living in a part of the city. Great access to Montmarte artist district and there are plenty of markets, restaurant and fast food outlets on your doorstep.

Bewertungen nach Sternchen sind schwierig, und berücksichtigen nicht die unterschiedlichen Gepflogenheiten in den Ländern/Kulturen. Grundsätzlich: wir haben uns in unserem Pariser Haus (!) sehr wohl gefühlt, alles was wir für 7 Personen brauchten, war vorhanden, sehr ruhig in gepflegter, Gasse, unser Bulli parkte sicher Nähe Metro auf offenen bewachten Parkplatz (Mietgarage war noch teurer auf Grund der Höhe 2,20 m).Nicht gut ist die Extra Gebühr Wochenend An-Abreise von € 50. Das Haus hat schon einige Jahre erlebt, cool ist der Zugang zur Terrasse über das Zimmerfenster- kein Problem, es hat sein Charme, mit morgendlichen Blick über Pariser Dächern. Metro u Geschäfte um die Ecke, schnell ist das Centrum erreicht. Das Viertel ist lebendig, nachts sehr ruhig und sicher, manch ein deutscher Reiseführer rät von dieser Gegend ab: Dies ist unbegründet, wer nach Paris reist, sollte die Stadt und das Land mit seiner Geschichte begreifen, wir mit 3 Generationen haben es genossen, vielen Dank!

Wohnung hat eine super Lage, sehr groß und geräumig. Liegt sehr ruhig. Typisch französisches Flair.
Wenige Gehminuten zur Metro, Bäcker in der Nähe, Mietgarage gleich um die Ecke. Schlüsselübergabe durch eine sehr freundliche, hilfsbereite Dame, die uns alles Wichtige in der Umgebung zeigte.

Vincent is not easy host, he do not respect the guests.

Novice that you'll be charged 50€ for checking in og out on weekends. It has to be transfered by bank, not card!! And Vincent kept telling that he hadn't recieved the money.
You'll also have to pay 250€ in deposit cash on arrival! never had to elsewhere! But no problem getting them back. -

Er hat auf Mails sofort geantwortet.
Es gab einige Missverständnisse mit der Frau, die den Schlüssel brachte und anschliessend putzte. Zwar war sie sehr freundlich, verlangte aber die 50 Euro fürs Ankommen am Wochenende, die wir dem Gastgeber aber auf seine Aufforderung hin schon einbezahlt haben. Auch für das Putzen verlangte sie noch einmal 50 Euro, obwohl das im Preis inbegriffen ist und wir die Wohnung sehr sauber hinterlassen haben. -

The owner also tried to take 30 euro when we departed from our deposit money claiming that this was because we were departing on a Saturday. In the UK we call this 'Day light Robbery'!

Der Gastgeber wohnt nicht im Haus/ Paris. Kontakt hatten wir per Mail in englisch, das Wichtigste wurde beantwortet, aber nicht auf kleinere Details eingegangen. Die "Hausregeln" wurden später bei 9flats aktualisiert, damit wurden einige Fragen beantwortet.. Ein Ehepaar empfängt und verabschiedet die Gäste, sehr nett und freundlich, leider waren wir am Ankunftstag auf Grund des Staus auf der Peripherie 30 min zu spät- so ging es ein bisschen hektisch durch das Haus. Die Bewertung ist eher für das Kontakt-Ehepaar, die wohl auch die Grundreinigung durchführen. Die Kaution (bei uns € 500) bekommt man am Abreisetag zurück!
