ACHTUNG ABZOCKER!!! Erschien nicht zum vereinbarten Termin, telefonisch unter angegebener Nummer nicht zu erreichen, bis heute keine Rückmeldung Wohnung existiert nicht mehr, mussten uns kurzfristig ein Hotel suchen!!!
CAUTION CHEATER!!! Failed to appear to arranged appointment in front of the flat, not available on the phone at stated number, no reply till today, flat does not exist, had to book Hotel instead!!!

Die Wohnung hatte nicht die angegeben Maße von 30 m² . schätzungsweise waren es um die 20 m² max. .Das Bett war an einem Standfuß eingeknickt, so dass man schief im bett lag und nachts ab und zu rauskullerte . die dusche war verstopft, dadurch beschwerte sich der Untermieter aufgrund von Wasser in seiner Wohnung. der Vermieter wurde laut Betroffenem darüber benachrichtigt , kümmerte sich aber nicht weiter um das Problem , dadurch wurde das duschen aufgrund des nicht ablaufenden wassers schwer. positiv waren die gute verbindung zu supermarkt metro und bäcker. allerdings ist die wohnung ziemlich weit vom stadtzentrum enfernt , sodass man relativ lange metro fahrten in kauf nehmen muss. auch wer deutsches tv sehen mag ,(was bei uns nicht das Problem war) muss sich mit nur einem sender, nämlich arte zufrieden geben.

Rented this place for its location near Paris Gare de Lyon (15 mins), however it's a bit far from Paris city center. The place is just 3-5 mins from the metro so accessibility is good.
It is stated that the beds provided are sofa beds, so we knew it would not be extremely comfortable. Internet is via a hotspot -- slow and requires login each time. (Thus reason for 3 star in facilities).
The other facilities are fine. Toilet and room are very clean.
We had to pay additional 20EUR for early check-in (was notified).
4 stars value for money. -

The description of how to find the flat are totally accurate.
The flat is cozy, clean and confortable, near to supermarkets, bakeries, wash room and located in a beautiful area of Paris. Definetely a place to be recommended to my friends!!! -

very nice location nearby several metro-stations. within 10min walk you reach champs elysee. we liked the bakery next door with fresh baguette and self-made cakes. space is limited but this is normal in Paris. Bathroom and small kitchen is alright, bed is okay. TV did not work but we if you are in Paris you should not watch TV but explore the city. Overall a good recommodation for some nice days in Paris.

A nice apartment conveniently located between Saint Germain des Pres and Montparnasse great for sight seeing and getting the calmness of the smaller street. The place was really nice, very clean and tidy. The neighbourhood is great as well and the flat is just next to the Metro station! We arrived during a very cold period (it was 0 C degrees in Paris) so the flat was cold when we arrived and it took a good few hours to warm up. My advice to you if you are travelling there during such cold weather conditions is to let them know that you wish the heating to be turned on before you arrive. Other than that, everything was perfect. Worth every penny!

Il ne s'agit pas du studio de la rue du Cherche midi, qui était indisponible pour travaux à faire dans la salle de bains. Dommage pour le quartier souhaité.
J'ai été hébergée rue Laborde Paris 8è, à Saint Augustin, dans un studio, petit mais très agréable et bien équipé.

stand plötzlich vor der tür mit einem kumpel und kassierte die vorher nicht besprochene Kaution von 100 €. Das Duschproblem kümmerte ihn nicht weiter , auch bei Schlüsselabgabe wurde nicht danach geschaut.

We didn't meet the host. The check-in, key retrieving and check-out are done via phone. Things went well.

We did not meet the owner of the flat but the meeting point to get the codes and keys worked perfectly. We were one hour to late and that was not a problem. So no direct contact but professional hand over of keys.

Very warm, friendly and relaxed! And we'll never forget how quickly we got helped out when we missed our train back :) When we visit Paris again, we'll definitely make the same choice!
