I'm from Ireland, living in New York over 4 years, love this town. I work hard, more info about me at suzanne connolly . net. I'm not home much, but when I am, I'm quiet and usually just chill with the cat. He's the most laid back, friendly cat you've ever met. He's a Himalayan Persian and his name is Padraig (porrig) - Irish for Patrick. He'll like you. If you let him, he'll come and visit your room and hang out for a bit. If not, he won't be offended, just keep your door closed. :)

This cute apartment is very clean and comfortable. It really gives off the home feel as soon as you walk in. It is a great use of space for a smaller apartment, with all the facilities you would need, as well as an extremely comfortable bed. The location is great, basically situated right in the middle of several bars, restaurants and loads of cheap shops. Although everything is on your doorstep the subway is only a 5 minute walk, to explore the rest of Manhattan. ///This review was written by an official

Nice, small and cozy in a great central location! Suzanne is there for you but gives you all your privacy! - Nett, klein und gemütlich in guter, zentraler Lage! Suzanne ist immer ansprechbar, aber man hat absolut seine Privatsphäre.

This is an incredibly central place right in the middle of the lower east side. Party, drinks and food literally right at your doorstep. But still quiet room and very safe neighborhood (we traveled with a small baby). Perfect to explore all major sightseeing spots in Manhattan as well as Brooklyn and to enjoy the direct neighborhood of the LES. Room is clean, as is bathroom and kitchen. All relatively small but in good condition. Wireless works fine in kitchen, though often poor reception in room. Suzanne has a cat which is very friendly and chilled out.

Ich habe meine Gastgeberin zwar nicht persönlich gesehen, da sie verreist war, aber es war alles perfekt organisiert von ihr und ich fahre dort jederzeit sehr gerne wieder hin.

Suzanne and her cat are friendly and caring hosts - and they know a lot about the area (and Suzanne gives you great recommendations)! Thanxx for the late check out! We had a great time! - Suzanne und ihre Katze sind freundliche Gastgeber, bei denen man sich gut aufgehoben fühlt. Suzanne kennt die Gegend sehr gut und gibt tolle Tipps. Auch die individuelle Abreiseisezeit war kein Problem.

Super friendly host! Suzanne made us feel very welcome from the very first minute. Very relaxed while also professional. Great vibe, we all felt very much at home, including our 6 months old baby. Would always stay with Suzanne again. Thanks, Suzanne!
