  Sarah was a very kind and highly flexible guest – as we had a double-booking we asked her to consider an alternative airbnb apartment we had selected and paid for on her behalf. She kindly agreed to the switch, communicated clearly with both us and her eventual host, arrived as per agreement and left the apartment spotless.
  We both thank Sarah for her flexibility and understanding and would also unreservedly recommend her to other hosts
