L'appartement 3 chambres était propre et il y avait tout ce qu'il fallait pour un court séjour. Literie okay. Je n'ai compris qu'après avoir reçu la confirmation de réservation que l'appartement était situé au RDC (d'où le 0-3) et c'est un vrai problème à cause de la mauvaise insonorisation de l'immeuble. 2 des chambres donnent sur un boulevard très circulé. L'équipe de Happy People Barcelona est très sympathique et aidante, très facilement joignable par téléphone.

We had a good time all in all, with a few exceptions:

The apartment is nice, but a few basic things were missing, e.g. dishcloths (dishwasher too small for big plates) and salt & pepper (you do not buy that for 5 days), maybe oil & vinegar. Furthermore the safe was malfunctioning once (correct combination was refused after 3 days, we had to wait for our host to open it the next day). Also, on 2 out of 5 days the internet was not working.

The company policy concerning the roof terrace was really strange: The terrace is (theoretically) a nice place to sit and have a glass of wine in the evening, But the computer locks the door around 8 p.m., so it cannot be used in the evening. During daytime it is way too hot to sit outside anyway. So this regulation is kind of impractical. On the roof terrace there also are the washing machines, but if you want to pick up your laundry in the evening you have to wait until the next morning when the terrace door is unlocked again.
