I was staying there with my girlfriend in October 2013 and we both are happy about the choice we made. The appartment is very cosy, clean and authenticly designed. This is Spain pure! If you like to live like locals while travelling - it's a perfect place. We were also fascinated by the 4 lovely cats which made our holiday even more enjoyable. The location is great - metro station round the corner, sightseeings like Güell Palace, La Rambla, market La Boqueria, Gothic Quarter are also nearby, Port and Barceloneta beach are easily approachable on foot as well as shopping mall at Catalonia Square. The area is full of restaurants and cafes attracting with offers and wide choice of gastronomical specialties.
Staying at Luis's is higly recommended for communicative, open-minded globethrotters with interest in culture in people, those who are intended to have short but full of impressions holiday. -

Idéalement situé aux abord immédiats de la Rambla, en plein quartier del Raval, magnifique...
Un logement accueillant, propre avec tout ce que l'on peut attendre et avoir besoin. -

ich würde gern auf spanisch bewerten. leider fehlen mir dazu alle schönen worte, um diese herrliche unterkunft gebührend zu bewerten! also auf deutsch: louis bietet die perfekte unterkunft für den perfekten kurzurlaub in barcelona! auf der einen seite zentral zu ramblas. auf der anderen seite zentral zu vielen kleinen sympathischen bars und restaurants. auch zum strand ist es nicht weit. und dabei ist es so leise, dass man jederzeot sofort super abschalten kann. um ganz ungestört zu sein, hat man auch seinen ganz eigenen kleinen bereich innerhalb des appartements. für mich war es perfekt. ich komme gerne wieder! bald!!! :)

Luis and Riccardo are very friendly and communicative people, and moreover they are very attentive and responsible hosts. They gave us valuable advice about places to visit, eating out and moving in the city. The guys create wonderful home atmosphere that we had an impression as if we visiting old friends. We enjoyed our stay very much and would be glad to see them again.

louis ist der pefekte gastgeber! er ist immer da, wenn man ihn braucht. aber bietet ebenso genügend privatsphäre!! er geht auf die wünsche des gastes ein und bietet alle informationen zu jedem thema!! dabei ist er sehr herzlich, sympathisch, zuverlässig. fast wie ein guter freund! perfekt, wenn man sich nicht gut auskennt! danke für alles!
