Nice area, quiet street with a lively neighborhood around the corner with shops and so on.

It´s a great flat for a Paris trip. We have been there as family with 2 Kids, and were all very happy. The Location of the flat is great. The street is quiet, but already the next street has a lot of bars, restaurants, supermarket, baker, butcher, etc. 3 Metro stations are nearby, and it`s only a short ride to gare de l`est, or downtown. We would come back!

Regis is a wonderful host! Communicating with him is really comfortable. He is always willing to help. He is a warm hearted host ever. We will absolutely stay in his apartment next time.

Very friendly, open-minded and culturally interested.
It was very easy and fast to communicate with him and always eager to improve things and help with information to make the stay as perfect as possible.
