关于 Markus
Ich arbeite bei den ÖBB als Reiseberater und habe im Jahr 2013 die Wohnung in der Fecske utca gekauft und vollständig renoviert. Da die Wohnung nicht ganze Zeit leer stehen soll, habe ich mich für eine Vermietung entschieden. Nachdem ich von der Vermietung der Unterkunft so positiv überrascht wurde und alles mit den Gästen sehr gut geklappt hat - habe ich mich entschlossen mit meinem Geschäftspartner im Februar 2015 eine weitere Wohnung zu kaufen und zu renovieren. Diese luxuriöse Wohnung biete ich nun ebenfalls als Ferienwohnung an. Obwohl ich selbst Raucher bin, wird in den Wohnungen NICHT geraucht - man kann aber bequem im Innenhof überdacht seine Sucht befriedigen... bitte das zu respektieren, da auch Nichtraucher sich wohlfühlen möchten!!

Nice place, fully equipped as written in the description (computer, two huge TVs, a smaller TV, satellite TV, 2 game computers, waterbeds). It's worth to mention the kitchen separately, which is fully equipped with kitchen utensils and all kinds of electrical kitchen equipment. The host is friendly and reacts quickly to inquiries. Place is clean.
What doesn't become clear from the description, is that one bedroom can only be reached by going through the other. Also, it does have two bedrooms, but no living room (however, it does have a big kitchen/eating room).
Another thing worth mentioning is that the apartment only has windows to the inner courtyard of the house (except for the kitchen). This makes the apartment pretty dark and hard to air (because the air in the courtyard is not moving).
The apartment is close to the city center and very close to bigger shops and a market, as well as public transport. The neighborhood is not so good, with people sleeping on the streets.

Nice and very comfortable apartment, spotless, everything you need in the kitchen, a plus for the appliances. We felt like home due to the enjoyable and warm ambient. A pleasant experience sleeping on waterbed. 3 minutes away from a market, a Lidl supermarket and tram station. Definitely recommend the place.

We were a bit sceptic when we first saw the building from the outside(needs renovation badly).
The apartment itself is great, completely renovated and has everything you need (kitchen utensils, towels, linnens etc.)

Markus reacts quickly to inquiries and is flexible. If Markus is not in Budapest (I don't think he lives there) a Hungarian friend takes care of introducing you to the house. We've also met him and he's very helpful as well.
Markus inquired if everything was OK during our stay there, and solved a minor problem we encountered within an hour, by coming by and fixing it. -
