The flat was amazing. Definitely a neat place to stay when you're planning on exploring the rough nightlife of Berlin.

PROS
- Equiped kitchen
- Clean towels
- Location - 10 minutes to reach S-bahn or U-bahn
CONS
- The flat was left very untidy by the host: floor covered with dust and hair (really not good for people with dust allergy), fridge half full of some food, full trash can.
- The blankets were washed, but with some strange (blood!?) spots.
- The shower ran even very hot or very cold.
- On Friday night some neighbours downstairs had a party with music that was really loud - so loud that the beds vibrated.
- The worst part is that the host is very irresponsible - he asked me to give him some deposit for the key that he didn't mention before. He wanted ID card, but I refused and gave him my hometown public transport card. The day we were leaving we arranged to leave in 1 p.m., but he didn't come so he didn't give me my card back! He told me that he will send it right away, but it took him almost one week to send it correctly.

Der Gastgeber war am Ankunftstag zunächst nicht zu erreichen. Dieses Problem hat sich aber schnell gelöst, bei unserer Ankunft war er sofort an Ort und Stelle.
Am Abreisetag hat er uns inklusive Gepäck sogar zur Haltestelle gebracht. Außerdem war er sehr nett. -

Getting in touch with Julian was very easy and the overall interaction and communication (getting the keys, returning them etc.) was pretty good, too.
