Hi, we are Jose Luis & Juanjo , architect and contemporary art curator. We love music, movies, design, architecture and cooking, and also the company of our friends and of course meet new people. Hola somos Juanjo y Jose Luis, comisario de arte contemporáneo y arquitecto. Nos encanta la música , el cine, el diseño , la arquitectura y la cocina. Así como disfrutar de la compañía de nuestros amigos. Y sobre todo conocer gente nueva! Esperamos que tu estancia en casa, sea de lo más agradable y que te sientas como en la tuya propia. Alexandru 5.0 2013-10-20The Appartemnt is very large and in a very good location. Many attractions are within walking distance. Similarly, a road which houses many bars and restaurante is 2 minutes walk away. The apartment is very clean and well equipped (you will immediately notice the artistic vein of the two). The balcony of the room is on a side road and therefore quiet.

The room is located in a quiet, artistic and good vibe appartment in a 19th century historical building. The location couldn't be better for anyone who wants to take full advantage of the most popular places in the city. You only have to walk short distances for getting to places like el Born area (5 minutes), Barceloneta and the beach (10 minutes), Gothic quarter (10 minutes), Las ramblas (15 minutes)... This list can go on forever!
The bedroom is spacious and full of light (with a balcony) and it has its own living room area for more privacy (with a second balcony) although you can also use the main living room. The guestroom has its own fridge and kettle but of course you can use the kitchen if you want. It is the first time for us to stay at someone strangers home. Jose and Junajo have made it easy for us, we felt very comfortable from the first minute . They are 2 very nice and funny people. Their tips have made our stay in Barcelona more nicer.
On our next visit to Barcelona we will stay 100% with them again.

José Luis and Juanjo are excellent hosts and flat mates. They are very easy going and respectful.
