First of all the location was perfect. But by the given describtion the house location was wrong. Next thing, the rooms, kitchen and toilet was completely dirty. By the value of money and given describtion we got dirty small room with no actual space. Our room was really small, there was no space to eat. Also no conditioners, a lot of noice in the street. Bed sheets was also dirty, we got small dirty pillows and sheets. Room walls was horribly dirty, a lot of dusts. IF needed we can send the REAL photos of the flat.

Die Unterkunft war viel weiter vom Strand entfernt als angegeben, aber mit guter U-Bahn-Verbindung. Wenn man die Aufforderung des Gastgebers liest, die eigenen Haare aus der Dusche zu entfernen, fragt man sich, warum die Gastgeber selbst ihre Haare regelmäßig am Badezimmerfußboden liegen lassen - das ist eklig und respektlos den Gästen gegenüber. Außerdem kleben Geschirr und Küchenkästen von altem Fett. Es macht keinen Spaß, in dieser Küche auch nur Frühstück zu machen. 75 Euro pro Nacht sind für diese Unterkunft jedenfalls hoffnungslos überteuert.

We didn't know a thing about a host and didn't saw him/her. All we got was the guard of the flat. He wore the same clothes all days we stayed, the same holled shirts and dirty pants. And also he didn't spoke any languagge.

Ich hatte nur Kontakt zur Mutter der Gastgeberin, und mit der konnte ich mich nur in Zeichensprache verständigen, sie konnte kein Englisch und ich kein Spanisch. Die Gastgeberin selbst hat auf meine Emails eine Woche lang nicht reagiert und auch dann, als ich sie telefonisch endlich erreichen konnte, meine Bitte nach einer genaueren Wegbeschreibung nicht erfüllt, so dass ich mit meinen Kindern eine Stunde herumgeirrt bin um die Wohnung zu suchen. Das empfinde ich als sehr gastunfreundlich!
