  The guest always had the chance to talk to me, he got my telephone and email, I informed him in time, that someone will let him in (I am pregnat 9 month) but there was always someone to help if needed, including me. Still, after he left the apartment the guest gave me a very bad reference. I dont like guests who say everything is perfect and than complain full power in the reference. Its unfair. I cannot recomment this guest, bad reference for good conditions and especially a good price he got.
