Hallo! Ich würde mich freuen, durch 9flats Gäste aus aller Welt bei mir begrüßen zu dürfen! Ich reise selbst sehr viel und bin neben dem Thema Nebeneinkommen bestrebt, ein behagliches Quartier auf Zeit inkl. einer Menge Gastfreundschaft zu bieten. Von daher: Willkommen in München! :-)

Carlos 5.0 2013-07-19The room was extremely clean, cool decoration and spacious. The sofa bed was very comfortable and big enough for having a well deserved sleep at the end of the day. The location was calm and yet well connected to the city and to the airport. The toilet always clean. Zero complains, everything was just perfect!

I found the guest room clean and very well equipped with a comfortable bed and excellent working conditions.The accomodation is very suitable for visitors of the Munich fair with direct bus connection to the exhibition area in Munich Riem.

Gunnar is a great host. Not only someone who is willing to support you during your stay in Munich, but also someone with whom you can have a great conversation and a fun time with. He is very relaxed and created a great atmosphere as "being just at home"
