A perfect apartment for anyone staying for a few days or more. Clean, bright and set in a quiet gated development close to a vaporetta stop. Nice to come back to and relax after busy days enjoying the wonders of Venice.

The apartment is located just few steps from the station but in a very quiet place. Well equipped, nicely designed, absolutely clean, cosy and very pleasant to stay. This time we've discovered for ourselves Cannaregio (many thanks to our host Guido!). We would surely come back.

The Apartment is located in Cannaregio and very near to the bus and train station, which is perfect when you are travelling with luggage -You will appreaciate that after you crossed the first bridge which leads to the train station ;)
In our opinion Cannaregio is the nicest area you can stay at when you are in Venice. It is a very young and open area with a lot of students and "real" Venetians, but still in walking distance to all the important sights. Nevertheless we preferred to spent most of the time in Cannaregio. There are lot of very good restaurants and bars, where the food is very good and so much cheaper than around San Marco.
If you are looking for a place to stay in Venice, book this apartment. It is beautiful, clean and exactly as presented on the pictures( If not better).
If we were ever going back to Venice again, we will definitely stay at Guido's.

Guido is a great and even unique host. We'd like to thank him again for a great trip around the Cannaregio and a more than warm welcome. He knows so many things about Venice and its history and it's a real pleasure to listen to him. Thank you, Guido! Hope to see you again!

Guido was the perfect host. He picked us up from the station and lead us to the apartament where he welcomed us with some delicious cake and a bottle of Prosecco from the area he lives in. After that he took his time to show us around in Venice and introduced us to the history of Venice. This tour was quite a highlight during our whole stay. You can really feel how much Guido loves Venice and its history. We couldn't wish for a better host and guide. He showed us some nice restaurants and all the important sights in Cannaregio. Grazie again, Guido and thank you for having us!!!!
