monica 1.0 2012-01-19Casa Sibilla is a flat located in S. Elena, the waterbus stop is only a couple of minutes walking. The place is on the ground floor of a common palace (the external front has been restructurated but the inside is very old and abandoned); it also has a terrace out side apparently without care. Inside doors are obsolete and the wall looks dirty. 60ies furniture or even older.

Giuseppe is a good person but not very confident with technologies. He is an old man who lives just next door to this flat. He is not a conversation lover.
