Hi there! My name is Gesche, I am 37 years old and a secondary school teacher; I live with my husband and our three children (one boy and two girls aged 4, 8 and 10) in a small town close to the North Sea coast. Our interests include classical music, reading and sports. In my student days I lived in the UK for about two years, so I am more or less fluent in German and English. In spring 2013 we stayed with 9flats hosts in Bremen and in 2014 we stayed with a lovely host in London. Both trips were very enjoyable experiences. I sometimes travel alone with one of my children to give them some special and memorable "just-me-and-mom-quality-time". In case you were wondering - - - they are well-behaved and know how to treat other people's belongings. So do I. :) I love the fact that most flats here are more personal than the average hotel room and I am looking forward to getting to know some great places!
