  Franziska is a very good, friendly and lively guest. Well mannered and appreciative. She enjoyed seeing different sights in London and meeting people. She has a good personality, and I will not hesitate to host her again, or recommend her to any other host. It's a pity she came at a time when the extractor in the bathroom was bad and caused a bit of a damp. This is being sorted out now
