  Francoise was a very pleasant guest, who originally booked into another 9flats house, but when that booking failed, we were asked by 9flats to provide Francoise with alternative accommodation. We were delighted to be able to help and Francoise was very understanding in the circumstances. We can highly recommend Francoise to other hosts.
