davide 1.0 2015-10-21I have had more then 2 thousand guests on my apartments, here and on other website. I am sorry to say that Mrs Lochner is been very unpleasant: aggressive, quiet rude, nervous because I couldn't understand her bad english. He pretended we helped her to connect a device of her. We tried but we couldn't and she was so disappointed and nervous for that. Finally she left a review lying completely about the apartment, saying that she found dirty laundry of previous guests (!!!) and no towels, while there were. She claimed even that she didn't get any cleanings during her stay: Mrs, you payed one fee for "final cleaning", not for "daily cleaning". TO AVOID
