Nia 2.0 2013-09-29the roome is located in a good place, it is small, but the main problem is that the room is dirty and stinks bad, because of the sink and bath.
also, we couldn't use the bed, it was dirty, full of hair, so, we were forced to sleep on a very unconfortable couch.
on the other hand, there is no closet oor special place to put your clothes, the room is too stuffy, and the host accused us to change the decoration( we didn't even find some space to put our stuff nad luggage)! -

Bien situado y comunicado, metro cerca y a pocas paradas de varios lugares de interés, algunos incluso 20-25 minutos a pie. El estudio es suficiente para una pareja que se aloje unos días, con todo lo necesario para un alojamiento cómodo. Zona segura, con supermercados y restaurantes.

The apartment is very well located, you can walk to the main places of tourist interest in Paris. The neighborhood is very quiet, and there are places to shop.

It's really a tiny flat (in fact it's only 1 room ^^), but it has everything you need for a weekend. The location in Montparnasse is great, short walk to 2 metro-stations, a super-market only 5 minutes away. We had a nice time there!

Eric was pleasant, the sheets were clean and the location was very convenient to all major tourist attractions, cheap eats, and the laundromat. Also the bed was very comfortable and for such a tiny apartment the space was economized well. The bathroom could use a vigorous scrubbing but otherwise this place was a great value.

this is a small but nice studio. perfect location - in between la Tour Montparnasse and la Tour Eiffeil. Les Invalides are within a walking distance. I just loved it and would definitely stay there during my next trip to Paris.
there is a small thing that might be a problem - probably the walls are thin, so you can hear what's going on above. but since neighbours are quiet, that was totally ok for me. -

The studio is located quite central in the safe " arrondissement of Montparnasse". There's a metro station Montparnasse- Bienvenüe nearby. We did not get to meet the owner but the handover of keys and information was clear and accurate. Basically it's a cute but small studio, which serves right for short stays such as a couple of days! We enjoyed Paris at its best!

A small but comfortable apartment with everything you need for a quiet and safe street. Very convenient location, near a supermarket. A short distance underground, the main sights are not more than half an hour.

The location is close to the metro station Pasteur and walk able distance to the Eiffel tower. Calm residential area with restaurants close to the apartment . We enjoyed it a lot! We personally prefer staying in such a locality to avoid the loud traffic noise and get a homely atmosphere.

No se puede pedir más por menos. Localizado a unos 3 minutos de metro Pasteur (L12) y a unos 5 minutos de metro Montparnasse Bienvenüe (L6, 12 y 13) así como de la Gare Montparnasse. De las calles adyacentes de esta última salen un montón de autobuses también. Muy cerquita del estudio hay un gran centro comercial, un supermercado y muchos establecimientos para comer. Además está la Torre Montparnasse, desde cuya azotea hay unas vistas espectaculares de París. El estudio está en una calle muy tranquila y lo tiene todo: cocina, cama cómoda, calefacción, baño... Volveremos sin duda.

Organization was very uncomplicated and the communication in preparation of our stay in Paris was always kind and fast via email. A detailed organizational description of how to get the key and how to manage our stay in the flat was very good. Great host!

Eric is a really nice host. I left a request for his studio quite late on the same day i wanted to move in, and we didn't have a chance to meet. nevertheless, he left a very detailed explanation how to get to his apartment, how to get the keys, how everything worked inside,etc. He also got in touch by phone to make sure everything was fine.

Netter Gastgeber, die Location ist sehr praktisch da man gleich die Ubahn finden kann in der Nähe, line 6 und line 4. Das Zimmer ist zwar klein aber für den Preis ist okay. Einziger Nachteil ist dass man nicht mit ganz öffnen Ferstern schlafen kann bzw. soll da EG. und neben der Straße. Daher im Sommer etwas warm, auch in der Nacht...

Eric habla español y es una persona muy amable y atenta. Nos facilitó sábanas y toallas limpias. No tuvo ningún problema de hacer el check-in a la hora en la que le dijimos, al igual que el check-out. Nos explicó donde estaba cada cosa en el estudio y todo fueron facilidades. Tuvimos un perfecto anfitrión. Le estamos muy agradecidos por aceptarnos como huéspedes y permitirnos disfrutar de París. La comunicación previa con él fue fluida. Se le ve un hombre de mundo, culto, que entiende las necesidades del viajero.
