Adrien 2.0 2013-11-12Dr Tibor was a guest for 7 nights and we had no problem at the arrival; But the departure was more troublesome. Indeed, we got back our flat in a state of dirtiness we would have not expected.
We clearly expressed that the flat has to be cleaned at the end of the travel and that is why there is no fees charged for the cleaning. But when we got back the flat, we found 5 big trash bags overflowing on the ground, a lot of dirty tableware in the sink and so many other dirty things ... we had to spend a very lot of time to clean everything for the next guests.
We were very disappointed, this was the first time it happened to such an extend !
