Die Wohnung entspricht der Breschreibung im Internet. Sie ist klein, aber alles Notwendige ist vorhanden. Die Wohnung ist sauber und die Küche gut eingerichtet. Ein Bett mit 1,40 m und ein Schlafsofa, ebenfalls 1,40 m. Die Wohnung lässt sich gut verdunkeln. Der Standort ist phantastisch, in einem lebhaften Arrondissement, Bäcker, Supermarkt, Markt, Metro, alles in der Nähe. 20 min schöner Fußweg zur Insel St. Louis. Ich kann die Wohung empfehlen, vor allem auch durch den netten Ansprechpartner Raphael.

El apartamento está estupendo. Pequeño, pero muy cómodo, buenas camas, cocina y baño completo. Primer piso exterior. Buena localización.

We enjoyed our stay. Small but comfortable and well equipped. Very good location near the excellent Market, as well as grocery stores, bakeries, cafes,bistros, 2 Metro stations and the Gare de Lyon. One negative - we were there in quite mild weather, but the flat became quite hot. A fan would be essential in hotter weather.

Studio intime et chaleureux, bien meublé et très propre. Se situant dans le 12ème arrondissement dans un quartier tranquille. La maison se trouve entre les métro Bastille et Ledru-Rollin et à coté il y a beaucoup de restaurants et bistrot. A l'intérieur vous avez un salon avec la cuisine très bien équipée, un très beau canapé lit, un lit matrimoniale une salle de bain blanche avec douche et toilette intégrée.

The flat is very central. You can easily reach everything on foot. Bastille with many bars and restaurants; supermarket, cafe and baker is around the corner. Also Metro Bastille or Ledru Rollin. And the best I think a fantastic market called Marché d' Aligre.
The flat is on the first floor in an nice old building. Except for the tableware the flat was very clean. Modern renovated with a great ceiling, nice arranged; even the bathroom was excellent.
We had a great stay and only can recommend this flat to everyone.

Raphael, der sich um die Wohnung kümmert, ist ein sehr netter und wohlwollender Ansprechpartner. Er nahm sich viel Zeit, unsere Fragen zu Paris und vor allem den Verkehrsverbindungen zu beantworten.

We didn't meet him, but the people we did meet were very friendly and easy to deal with. Our plane into Paris arrived very early on Sunday morning and we were easily able to arrange a much earlier than normal check in. Much appreciated.
