Hello, my name is Diego, I'm 37 years old. I live just by Pl. Espanya and I rent a part of my flat. It includes a cosy living room and a bedroom where you will have total privacy, as if you were at your own place. I love meeting people from allover the world. We can have a chat in my or your living room or just keep our privacy if you prefer so. The flat is located in a modernist building, refurbished in 2010. It has a lift. The floor tiles are original. Looking forward to meet you. Hola soy Diego, tengo 37 años. Vivo al lado de Pl. Espanya y alquilo una parte de mi piso. Consta de un pequeño salón y una habitación doble, donde podréis tener total intimidad, como si estuviérais en vuestra propia casa. Me encanta conocer gente de todo el mundo. Si nos apetece podemos charlar un rato en mi salón o en el vuestro si coincidimos o mantener nuestra privacidad sin problemas. El piso está ubicado en una finca modernista restaurada en 2010 con ascensor. Suelos hidráulicos originales y reformado con encanto. Os espero.

Natascha 5.0 2014-07-24Die Lage ist zentral, die Wohnung sehr schön, super sauber, gepflegt und super ausgestattet. Alles da was man braucht! (ich habe oft gekocht ; ) Die beiden Zimmer sind durch eine Türe vom übrigen Wohnbereich abgetrennt- die Privatsphäre absolut gegeben. Ein kleiner Balkon ohne direktes Gegenüber und fantastischen Ausblick lädt zum draussen sitzen ein. Sehr empfehlenswert!

It was een nice place to stay. Big enough for two and everthing was clean. A subwaystation is nearby and also an Aerobusstop is around the corner.

The flat has been very clean and looking like the images. You have the possibility to cook there and to see how spanish people are living :-) The metrostation is really near but if you like you could walk to many famous places too. I really recommend this opportunity to make holiday in barcelona.

I enjoyed staying here! the flat is really good situated, 2min from Plaça Espana, 2steps from the Magic Fountain of Montjuic. The flat was really clean and quiet and it was useful to have a small living room next to the bedroom, with table and chairs to have breakfast/diner... It has been my first time booking such an accomodation and I'd recommand this flat to everyone. Go ahead!

Die Unterkunft bei Diego war super: sauber, schön, nett und ruhig. Und das obwohl man total nah am Zentrum dran war. Außerdem war ein Fruehstueck inklusive. Wir haben in der selben Woche noch woanders gewohnt - und wissen jetzt erst recht wie toll es bei Diego war!

El piso es muy centrico y limpio. Esta muy bien comunicado, solo a 10 min. andando de la plaza de España. La relacion calidad / precio es muy buena.

Das Zimmer ist wirklich zu empfehlen, sehr sauber und ordentlich. Da es am Ende des Ganges liegt, ist ruhig und man hat seine Privatsphäre.
Die Wohnung liegt zentral, der Pl. Espanya ist in wenigen Metern zu erreichen.
Schöner Urlaub für wenig Geld, super! -

The room is very nice and clean, also very private as stated. The rest of the appartment is also spotless, and Greta the dog is quiet and adorable. Overall a great place to stay, excellent location with good connections to anywhere in the city.
