Nicole 5.0 2015-06-02Die Wohnung liegt sehr ruhig in einer Seitenstrasse. ca. 5 min bis zur nächsten Tram Haltestation. Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen und gleich begeistert über die saubere, moderne und gut ausgestattete Wohnung. Wir kommen schon seid vielen Jahren immer mal wieder nach Leipzig, aber diese war mit Abstand die schönste die wir hatten. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Ubication and cleaning is really good. The neigbourg is fantastic.
What we think is not so good is the apartment has only SMALL towels (two per person and one more for bathroom) and the utensils to cook are limited. There was no toilette paper. For the bed we had two individuals blankets for a double bed. The apartment is nice and very good located, but we think is necessary to take care about the details. -

Freundlicher Kontakt per Mail und Telefon. Die am Telefon gegebenen Informationen wie zB. Tram Haltestelle, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten waren auch noch einmal in der Wohnung hinterlegt. Schlüsselübergabe flexibel und unkompliziert. Danke :)

Very good communication and went out of his way to meet us due to a late booking. Such a handy area to stay, definitely recommend!

Well, we have an inconvenient. After our host accepted our request to rent the apartment, and after we paid all the rent cost, he said us that he was not in Berlin and we only could entry to the apartment at 7 pm.
We think it´s not a good political customer first charge the payment and after that, said the conditions. If we could know that ,maybe we would go to a hotel for the first night. We make the reservation the day before to arrive, but we think it is not a justification for don´t said the conditions before.
Well, we expect our comment be use for doesn´t happen again.
Except that inconvenient, always was good. -
