The flat is nice and clean, the kitchen is well equipped...
There was no problem to make our morning tea & breakfast. Sometimes, we prepared our evening meal too. In one word... we could feel “just at home”.
The location is good, central but very quite... Main Rail Station ATOCHA, Retiro Park, Lavapies, Metro Station, Bus Stop, City Centre SOL, Plaza Mayor – everything are very near... in walking distance, easy to reach by Metro or by Bus.
Lots of (local and international) Bar & Restaurants, Kiosks and Supermarkets etc. are near by.

EL apartamento esta situado en el barrio de Lavapies. A 5 min de la estación de tren de Atocha. Ideal para una pareja es un apartamento muy amplio. El edificio cuenta con un patio interior con una terraza muy agradable. Os va a encantar.

Beatrix is very friendly and nice person, as well as a very good host.
It was very hot Madrid Summer even that we enjoyed our stay there.

Beatrix ist sehr freundlich und nette Person, als auch eine sehr gute Gastgeber. Es waren sehr heiße Madrid Sommertage, trotz dem, genossen wir unseren Aufenthalt dort.

Beatriz es una persona muy simpática y agradable, estará encantada de asesoraros. El apartamento tiene consta de una típica corrala madrileña. Muy silencioso y a la vez situado en pleno centro de Madrid.
