I am from Kuala Lumpur and i work for a vacation rentals company called LivingSpace Hospitality. We provide exclusive and personalized accommodation to traveler from around the world. Having completed nearly 3,000 bookings and hosting over 4,000 guests in less than 3 years, we know one thing for certain - guests will keep demanding more, and we thank our guests for doing that. It allows us to keep improving. Every review - good and bad - has helped us evolve positively. It was a complaint about the stickiness of floor detergent that led us to using steam technology to clean the floors in every apartment.
