This apartment is great value for money - it is a good size (comfortably slept 6) and the location is ideal - within walking distance to Midtown/Central Park and 5 mins from the subway. It is worth noting that the apartment is above a bar and the road is quite busy so it can be a little noisy at night - we were a group of friends so this didn't bother us so much but a family with young children might find this a problem. The only negative was the WiFi stopped working halfway through our stay. Overall, for the price, this is a great place for a few days in NYC!

We would stay in this apartment another time. It was very clean, although the building is undergoing some work which caused some construction messes on the lower floor. The bathroom is small with a glass windows in the door. That could be a problem if it were not a family. The area is noisy, especially if you sleep in the front room. That did not bother us very much, but should be taken into account during the summer months when you might like the windows open. I have no complaints about the apartment, we enjoyed it and the area very much.
