A fantastic, clean, cheap, new renoviert and cosy apartment, and a nice location in an old house quite near the center of vienna, a value for money.

The appartment is just wonderful with perfect connections to the city. The U3 metro station is right around the corner. We loved that the appartment was super clean and cozy and there were little things that made us feel so welcome like small Mozar kugels by the bed and a welcome sparkling wine. We also loved that after spending a week in the appartment we did not have to clean it at the end (wonderful luxury). I can recommend the appartment with all my heart. This is the place to stay if you are in Wien. Thank you Georg and Carina.

Very nice place, great value for the price. The apartment is newly renovated and very clean. The internet connection is good. The kitchen is great. The bathroom is a little tight, but very clean. It would have been nice to have instructions how to turn on the heating.

There is a cheap Park+Ride close by, as well as two subway stations. The neighborhood feels safe. -

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön gelegen. Die U-Bahn ist gleich um die Ecke. So wie viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Man erreicht das Zentrum in wenigen Minuten mit der U-Bahn, so wie viele Sehenswürdigkeiten.In der Franzosengasse gibt es einen P+R Parkplatz der sehr günstig ist um das Auto abszustellen. Es waren am Tag 3,20 Euro.
