The place is in a great location, within walking distance of the city center, the Olympiapark and the English Gardens, and tram route 27 practically on the doorstep.
The apartment has three bedrooms, a nice living room with terrace, a nicely equipped and modern kitchen, plus one small shower and one toilet (conveniently separated from the shower). It has 4 large and comfortable beds (queen size I would say), plus 2 or 3 foutons that are acceptable for a couple of nights.
It is comfortable for a group of six or less, but I wouldn't recommend it for a larger group because sharing 1 shower + 1 WC would become quite a challenge.
It is situated in a quiet neighborhood, in a family-friendly environment with a small garden and child-park. I would not recommend it for people who are going to party hard, because that is not compatible with the neighbors, though we had no complaints.
