The place was just as we thought it would be. We got help and tips from Magda. And it was easy and fast to go to downtown by suburb train.

The rooms were spacious, neat and comfortable, neighbourhood indeed quiet and nice with a bakery and two grocery stores a few minutes away. (And a pharmacy, if you might ever need one.)

Although getting there for the first time proved a bit too complicated for my bf and I (we haven't managed to make much research about how to get there from the railway station before we got there :) - it's good to have a map of Paris *and surroundings* before you get there!), after the introductory talk with Magda the localisation occurred to be perfect - it took us around 15 minutes to get to the city centre and start sightseeing. Great place, we're already thinking of coming back!
