The Logis Chez Sophie Restaurant in Briouze offers an authentic and family atmosphere. Family because it is held for 3 generations by the same family. It was in 1949 that Sandrine and Maxime’s Grandmother settled in this small Norman town. Then, his son Didier and his daughter-in-law Annie took over in 1981 and since 2011, their two children, Sandrine and Maxime Excellent.Today holder of the status Master Restaurateur, it was only a formality.
