We arrived late in the evening after 22 hours of our journey from Germany to NY. Coretta was very friendly and had even left some water and juice in the fridge for us, showed us the apartment and gave us helpful hints for supermarkets and shopping. We stayed for 6 days and felt very comfortable with the apartment. It's in a historic old brownstone house.The street is nice.The neighbourhood is safe and has "character". In contrast to hectic and loud Manhattan it is relatively quiet in Brooklyn. In the morning you hear the birds singing! The people are friendly and helpful. In nearby Fulton Street you have a subway line directly to Manhattan in 15 minutes or to JFK airport in 30 minutes. We liked our stay here and would come back again. Hotels are boring and almost identical. If you want to live like a New Yorker, stay here!!

House and flat are very nice, situated in a calm street with trees and flowers. The flat is very bright and exactliy like the pictures show. There is everything in the kitchen to cook a real meal. To the south of manhatten it takes only 15 Minutes with the underground from the station "Nostrand".
