German 1.0 06/22/2015The apartment is in rough condition, has no good ventilation, smells old. The building is pretty sketchy, you'll be greeted by meth-heads and scary people.

Very shady person, he didn't even show up to talk with us. Disrespectful and in my opinion dishonest. Very aggressive and bad at solving costumers problems.
