Wir haben die Wohnung für vier Nächte mit zwei Personen gebucht, dafür war sie perfekt! Man konnte sich richtig wohlfühlen, sich perfekt selbst verpflegen und auch einfach mal etwas entspannen nach einem anstrengenden Tag in München. Direkt auf der Straße ist ein Supermarkt und bis zur nächsten Ubahn Station ist es auch nicht so weit, sodass man von dort aus alles erreichen kann. Die Wohnugn war top eingerichtet, besonders die große Couch war sehr gemütlich! Zu kritisieren gibts eigentlich nichts an der Unterkunft :)

Nice place, and an very good location!
We have been in Nick's apartment for 2 months and it has been a very nice stay, there are supermarkets and restaurant all over the place (use tripadvisor to pick the best), u-bahn and s-bahn very near and you can really walk to the city center.
The apartment is ok (except for annoying neighbours at first, but we just ask them to be quiet and they did) with tv, full kitchen and a very good internet connection .

If you come by car you can park on the edge of Bavaria Park, it is free and safe and if you happen to be in the surrounding there is the Trains Museum nearby.

Definitely a worthy place if you happen to be in Munich!

sie ist bewohnt , also musst du dir Platz schaffen. die putzfrau ist super und hat mir alles her gerichtet.
wenn man versteht wie alles funktioniert, klappt alles super.
ich war 1 monat und es hat mir gut gefallen.
Küche ist gross und mit dem kleinen Wohnzimmer verbunden.
Schlafzimmer winzig aber mehr braucht man ja nicht zum schlafen

I stayed a week at apartment of Nick and it was all very good. The apartment was very well located comfortable. Nick was attentive and helpful. Recommended.

Der Gastgeber war super nett und hilfsbereit, auf Nachrichten und Fragen hat er immer schnell und freundlich geantwortet! Da wir mit dem Auto angereist sind, verzögerte sich unsere Ankuft immer weiter nach hinten, wir hielten Kontakt mit Nick und kamen im Endeffekt wohl mindestens 3 Stunden zu spät, was aber zum Glück kein Problem darstellte!
