  Marie arrived before the check in time and was disappointed that the apartment wasn't ready. They called at around 2pm and were quite aggressive on the phone as the apartment was not ready even thought he check in time is 3pm .By chance it turned out that the cleaner was running late and the apartment was prepared one and a half hours later but this did not seem good enough. They failed to read the property description to realise that there was a sofa bed in the living room that could be opened and used should they not have wanted to use the other bed.
  I think Marie could have been a fantastic guest! With just a little more understanding and by reading the description properly she would have realised there was a sofa bed to use and would have enjoyed her stay a lot more. I wish her all the best for the future!
