Dave 3.0 09/19/2016Internet not working on arrival. Host took three days to assess and fix. Double beds were un sleep able for two. Mattress bed had deep hole in center. Sleeping couch would not open flat. People slept on floor.

No one would answer phone for host. Host non responsive to phone messages. 9flats phone help number said disconnected.
