Tobias 4.0 06/12/2013Schöne helle Wohnung mit Küche,etwas wenig Platz vor der Toilette,aber ansonsten keine Mängel.Der Hinterhof in dem sie liegt ist nicht so charmant,aber in erster Linie wollten wir ja übernachten und teuer ist die Wohnung ja auch nicht.
Die Adressangabe ist leider nicht eindeutig,wir mussten erst in der Nachbarschaft die Hausnummer erfragen.
Ansonsten würden wir auch noch einmal dort Übernachten.Nice flat with some small defects.We had no problems and can recommend this flat

The apartment is located in the back of a quite dilapidated building. Faces an enclosed yard with overgrown grass, weed and garbage strewn throughout it. The front door is half glass which does not offer privacy and faces this yard. Tenants walking through the backyard can look into the room. To enter the shower you have to do it sideways. A per over 1.80 meters tall has to sit on the toilet with legs wide open or sideways due to the distance between the toilet and wall. The futon was covered with filth and sheets were not provided to cover it. My husband and I had to sleep on a twin bed so that my son who is 6'2" could sleep on the other one. The table top Formica was unglued.

Die Verständigung mit dem Gastgeber war nicht ganz einfach,da er kein Englisch verstand,aber er war freundlich und das nötigste konnte er dann auch mit Händen u Zeigen erklären.
Probleme gab es keine,wir mussten auch nicht die Gebühr für die zu späte Anreise bezahlen -

Nice giy, the only problem is that he speaks french only. I speak 4 languges and yet we couldn't communicate even for simple things. Otherwise our stay was great, with pleasure would rent it again!

There was no one to provide us with a key to the apartment. This was the worst part about it. The host left us on the sidewalk outside a gate without even making eye contact after we had been ringing the bell for several minutes. He then sent a man with a key to take us to the apartment. This gentlemen then demanded we pay him 200 euros cash although payment arrangements had already been done through eflat. This amount was higher than the published rate for the three days. In addition he accused us of leaving the apartment in dirty condition although we did a thorough cleaning which was not required as cleaning was included in the rate. Bad experience with the host however the experience with 9flats has been phenomenal and we would not hesitate to use these services again.
